Pocket planet is a simple puzzle game where you can place tiles on a hexagonal grid.
Tiles differ in shapes and colors; place trees to create hills, rocks to create mountains, sand to create deserts, and much more!
Every level will require you to create different beautiful environments, get a star for every objective completed!
Try to get all the stars on every level!

I see the game is for Android only. Unless you plan to port it to Windows and other systems, you should tag it accordingly. Otherwise, most of the traffic will come from people for whom this game is (unfortunately) irrelevant.
